goat belongs to the family and its immediate future goes through the loss at International Tagus Natural Park. A loss, yes, caused by a government order, not by an unexpected natural phenomenon. This is the mouflon, a species doomed to be extinct in this environment because the Directorate General for Environment has realized that there are many, not native and do damage.

Today in the Official Journal of Extremadura, the Ministry of Industry and Environment published the plan for the eradication of sheep in the International Tagus. This species 'unnatural', which at maturity can reach 50 kilos in weight, has been detected in non-farm surrounded by what is considered possible expansion to other farms in the park.

Basically, the plan envisages the organization of hunting until 2014, through ordinary lumber camps and other selective carried out by staff of the existing hunting. The Board notes that killed trophies may not be subject to approval and marketing.

International Tagus Natural Park has 25,088 acres and sits in the towns of Alcantara, Brozas, Carbajo, Cedillo, Herrera de Alcántara, Membrio, Salorino, Herreruela, Santiago de Alcantara, Valencia de Alcántara and Bush the Elder.
