Sautéed Curried Lentils and Rice (V)

for 2 people (Vegetarian, Vegan)

VEGETABLES Ingredients: 200 gr

1 Eggplant 1 Zucchini

Grain Rice Parsley

soy sauce Salt and pepper freshly ground black
Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Prepared

Soak the lentils overnight or use pot of cooked lentils.

In a small saucepan we ebullción a lot of water and you add the rice with a splash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Coceremos for at least 15 minutes (depending on tastes of hardness).
