I do not usually show up nor myself nor my recipes but this time I have to make a stop on the way and clarify the reason why I present this recipe. Erinn

of " Erinn in the Kitchen", has created a nice initiative encouraging names such as "CSC Cook Without Cruelty" and intended as a monthly blogger event Vegetarian and Vegan.

The raw material used in this first installment of CSC is the carrot.

INGREDIENTS: 2 carrots



Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt and pepper

freshly ground black



ground cumin Paprika (La Vera knows better;))

Oregano


PREPARATION:

Pelaremos Carrots with the help of a stripper (but there, a knife, but the peeler removes less stuffing).

Below cut off both ends.

If you have mandolin, cut the carrots into slices with this handy, but a knife, trying to be sliced as thin as we can.

In a pan, incorporate Extra Virgin Olive Oil for frying the chips and when the oil smokes lightly, will incorporate the chips and brown them until they begin to change color.

Drain well with a slotted spoon or spider Kitchen and move on to a plate with paper towels.

cool about 15 minutes.

We tasted like potato chips in question are Carrot Chips.

TIPS: We accompany

Chips with many products, such as: Beer, scallops Seitan, Olives, Nuts, Tortilla Chips Vegan Carrot (that's another recipe that would moo riquita .)

If we cut the very very finite Chips must be of the same texture as the chips and if we stopped overnight, they will know more seasoning / spices that we have given. Monthly Event
