What is Cook Without Cruelty ? Cook Without

Cruelty (CSC) is intended as a monthly blogger event Vegetarian and Vegan, Omnivore's style HEMC or Vegan Mofo.

How 'running CSC?

- Each month we will have a host that will decide the issue of our recipes, whether an ingredient or a phrase that comes to mind!

- The subject is proposed on 28 a month and you have until 25 the following month to submit our proposals.

- For example, the first CSC begins today, December 28th and last day for submitting recipes is 25 January.

- Between 26 and 27 the will host a summary of what we receive.

- All recipes are vegan or vegetarian

- Dishes comply with the theme of the month

- creations or adaptations will be our

- Create a blog post and specify that it is a recipe for CSC # ( corresponding number)

- Leave a comment with a link to your recipe in the corresponding month

- You can join any blog, be of any kind, provided that prescriptions comply with these standards.

- We'd love to partake, and so know all your proposals.

CSC 1 - Carrots

We release Cook Without Cruelty with her friend Erinn as host (in the kitchen Erinn ) proposed as a theme for CSC # 1 January a vegetable: Carrots.



It's easy, just have to post to your blogs one or two (at most) recipes vegetarian or vegan is for specifying that CSC # 1 .

The deadline is January 25 and the results published between 26 and 27.
