Tabouleh Avocado Apple and Walnut

To 2 People ( Vegetarian, Vegan )

INGREDIENTS:

2 small glasses of Couscous

2 Avocados

1 Apple Granny Smith beautiful

1 Lemon

8 Nuts

1 cup Water

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Black Salt and pepper ; freshly ground


PREPARATION:

prepare the Couscous leaving on a bowl.

then warmed in the glass Micro Water until it starts to boil and to incorporate it Couscous along with a stream of Extra Virgin Olive Oil .
