INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Carrot
- 8 sheets White Col
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 8 Nueces
- 1 Soy Yogurt
- 1 / 4 of onion
- Parsley Olive Oil Extra virgin
- apple vinegar Salt and pepper
- freshly ground black
PREPARATION:
- first place prepare Vinaigrette , providing in a bowl the yogurt that will add the onion that you previously cut into brunoise (regular small squares).
- then incorporate that Parsley previously we will also cut into brunoise.
- add a splash of extra virgin olive oil and a little freshly ground black pepper, mix well, taste, rectify if necessary and set aside.
- then leaves itch Col (that you previously washed and drained well) as thinly as we can and we will incorporate into a good bowl next to a stream of Extra Virgin Olive Oil , a splash of apple cider vinegar Salt and pepper and Freshly ground black .
