INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 Nueces
  • Salt and pepper freshly ground black
  • Sweet Paprika from La Vera
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ground cumin




PREPARATION:

  • Roast the peppers a source suitable for spraying oven with a splash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and about 220 º C for about 30 minutes (or until we see that the skin begins to turn blackish).
