INGREDIENTS:
- 3 Red Peppers
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 12 Nueces
- Salt and pepper freshly ground black
- Sweet Paprika from La Vera
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ground cumin
PREPARATION:
- Roast the peppers a source suitable for spraying oven with a splash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and about 220 º C for about 30 minutes (or until we see that the skin begins to turn blackish).
